Gentle Seasons Learning Pods
A space that allows children to move through the seasons gently,
finding awareness of the world around them and within
Now Enrolling — Very Limited Spots:
1 Opening Per Learning Pod
My Inspiration
I have been homeschooling my oldest son (7 years) for two years with the Charlotte Mason method, inspired by the philosophies of Maria Montessori.
I believe children learn best in environments that move slowly, feel safe, and follow natural rhythms.
In our space, we move through the seasons together gently as we lean into developing awareness of the world around them and within themselves through play, nature, and connection.
I believe that having a healthy, secure attachment with their caregiver is necessary for a good education because a secure caregiver creates a learning environment that signals to a child’s nervous system that they can relax and use their energy to learn rather than fight/scan/protect.
Two Private Learning Pods — 1 Opening Each for the 2026–2027 School Year
I offer two separate, very small learning pods designed for families seeking a calm, consistent, home-based educational environment.
These pods were created for families who want their child to be truly known in a small, calm, consistent learning environment—where attention is individualized and learning is not rushed or standardized.
Each pod has only 1 opening available for the school year of 2026-2027.
Enrollment will close once both seats are filled.

*Living books were coined by Charlotte Mason in 1923 through her 6 volume works A Philosophy of Education. A living book doesn’t simply contain dry facts for children to memorize but living ideas to be absorbed and to inspire.
