This program is a mixture of re-parenting yourself and respectfully parenting your child. I call it conscious parenting.

W‍hat you get:

  • Weekly Coaching Calls with me

  • Support via messaging or email throughout the week

  • Life-time access to course content videos and workbook

What To Expect:

  • Before each coaching session with me, you will be invited to watch one 30-45minute video recorded by Rebecca Lyddon, Director of Education at The Jai Institute for Parenting.

  • You will also be invited to read and/or fill out the workbook for that week.

Sliding Scale Prices:

As a single parent myself, I know firsthand the balancing act you have to pull with finances. Single parents need support too. If not more! If you’re a single parent or financially in a bind but need support, select the sliding scale price option so we can talk about and agree on a sliding scale price for you.
